Annie is a certified Pilates instructor with over 5 years of experience and more than 20 years teaching ballet and dance. She is a certified Pilates instructor with Studio Pilates International (Reformer & Mat) and has furthered her training with STOTT’s Anatomy, Postural and Mat courses. She often combines technical expertise with a dancer’s eye for alignment and flow. Her classes are precise yet encouraging, blending strength, control and grace. Whether in group sessions or private classes, Annie is dedicated to helping clients move confidently, build strength and discover the joy of mindful movement.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Alia brings both depth and heart into her yoga classes. She has completed extensive training, including a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, advanced Yin Yoga trainings in Bali and a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. As a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 instructor, her expertise spans Yin, Yang and Flow. She has designed and led workshops such as Flow Foundations and thematic Yin practices. In 2024, she stepped into a mentorship role as Head Teacher for a 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, guiding aspiring instructors on their journey. Alia’s classes are grounded, mindful and transformative, inviting students to move with intention and discover balance both on and off the mat.
