She often combines technical expertise with a dancer’s eye for alignment and flow. Her classes are precise yet encouraging, blending strength, control and grace. Whether in group sessions or private classes, Annie is dedicated to helping clients move confidently, build strength and discover the joy of mindful movement.

As a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 instructor, her expertise spans Yin, Yang and Flow. She has designed and led workshops such as Flow Foundations and thematic Yin practices. In 2024, she stepped into a mentorship role as Head Teacher for a 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, guiding aspiring instructors on their journey.
