This is where your Reformer journey begins. Learn how to set up the machine, engage your deep core, and move with safe, intentional alignment. We move at a steady pace with clear coaching, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Focus
principles of breathing, alignment, and core activation form the base for all future Pilates work.
Who it’s for
New movers, postnatal clients, active agers, or anyone who wants to refine their form.
You’ll work on
Engaging deep stabilizing muscles, Understanding breath-to-movement connection, Foundational strength & control, Safe movement patterns

Take your foundations and bring them into seamless, connected sequences. Flow classes emphasize transitions, rhythm, and stamina, helping you move with more ease and control. Every class feels energizing, uplifting, and dynamic—without losing the supportive Nest touch.

Intermediate repertoire, where transitions and endurance build upon foundations.

Those who’ve completed Foundations or who have some Pilates/Reformer experience.

Intermediate & advanced repertoire, with layered progressions and conditioning elements for safe challenge.
Who it’s for
Intermediate movers ready to progress, athletes, and those who enjoy a stronger, more powerful workout.

Increasing strength & endurance with added resistance, Athletic variations for power & stability, Core and joint resilience under load, Precision in higher-intensity work
You’ll get

Reformer Cardio uses the jumpboard and spring tension to create a low-impact, high-energy workout that feels playful yet powerful. You’ll move through sequences of jumps, core work, and flowing transitions designed to raise your heart rate while staying gentle on the joints. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave with an energized buzz.
Focus
Builds on the fundamentals of alignment and core stability learned in Foundations, but layers in dynamic movement, endurance, and faster pacing.
Who it’s for
Movers who want a fun, dynamic workout with sweat and stamina.
Great for people who love cardio but prefer a joint-friendly option over running or HIIT. Best suited for those with some Reformer experience (not brand new beginners).

Jumpboard techniques for stability + control in motion, Core integration while jumping, Lower body strength + power with spring-loaded resistance, Cardio endurance and breath control
