Annie
Reformer, Chair and Mat Pilates
Annie is a certified Pilates instructor with over 5 years of experience and more than 20 years teaching ballet and dance. She is a certified Pilates instructor with Studio Pilates International (Reformer & Mat) and has furthered her training with STOTT’s Anatomy, Postural and Mat courses. She often combines technical expertise with a dancer’s eye for alignment and flow. Her classes are precise yet encouraging, blending strength, control and grace. Whether in group sessions or private classes, Annie is dedicated to helping clients move confidently, build strength and discover the joy of mindful movement.
Yoga
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Alia brings both depth and heart into her yoga classes. She has completed extensive training, including a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, advanced Yin Yoga trainings in Bali and a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. As a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 instructor, her expertise spans Yin, Yang and Flow. She has designed and led workshops such as Flow Foundations and thematic Yin practices. In 2024, she stepped into a mentorship role as Head Teacher for a 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, guiding aspiring instructors on their journey. Alia’s classes are grounded, mindful and transformative, inviting students to move with intention and discover balance both on and off the mat.
Chair & Mat Pilates
Michelle is a BASI-qualified Pilates instructor with a special certification in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates. With 4 years of teaching Pilates and a background as a spin instructor, she brings both strength and energy into her classes. Michelle’s sessions focus on safe, effective movement while keeping the atmosphere supportive and motivating. Whether you’re building core strength, regaining confidence after pregnancy or simply looking for a great workout, Michelle’s sessions are all about feeling good, having fun and leaving the studio with a smile.
Mat Pilates
Li Chan brings the best of both worlds to the mat, with a combination of the mindful strength gained from 5 years of Pilates and the high-energy drive from 7 years of spin instructing. Certified in Reformer and Chair Pilates (NASM), Barre Body Reformer and STOTT Mat Pilates, she delivers classes that strike the perfect balance of sweat, strength, and smiles. Expect upbeat energy, motivating flows and feel-good vibes that keep you coming back for more.
Mat Pilates
From circuit training to spin and now Pilates, Jiyni has built her fitness journey on variety, energy and passion. With 3 years of teaching experience, she is STOTT-trained in Mat Pilates and is also a certified personal trainer. Her classes bring together the strength of circuit, the rhythm of spin and the mindful movement of Pilates, making every session both challenging and fun. Expect a workout that leaves you stronger, more balanced and deeply connected.
