A: Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes like Nest Foundations, specifically designed for those new to Pilates. Our instructors will guide you through every movement safely and effectively.
Q: What should I wear to class?
A: Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. You can purchase them at our studio if you don’t have a pair.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Just bring yourself, a water bottle, towel and your grip socks. We provide all equipments.
Q: How do I book a class?
A: You can book your class via our website. Simply choose your preferred time and class level, and you’re all set!
Q: How often should I do Pilates?
A: For best results, we recommend 2–4 sessions per week, depending on your goals and fitness level.
Q: Is Pilates suitable if I’m pregnant or have an injury?
A: We recommend checking with your doctor first. Some of our instructors are trained in prenatal and injury-safe modifications, so let us know in advance and we’ll tailor the session accordingly.
Q: Can men do Pilates?
A: Yes, Pilates is for everyone! Many athletes and men train with us to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Q: How do I purchase class packages?
A: Packages can be purchased via our website, booking app, or in-studio.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and e-wallets (list out the ones you accept, e.g. GrabPay, TNG).
Q: Do packages have an expiry date?

Class Bookings

A: Bookings can be made online through our booking system or mobile app. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Q: How far in advance can I book a class?
A: You can book classes up to 14 days in advance.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in credit being forfeited.
Q: Can I join if I arrive late?
A: For safety reasons, we do not allow entry once the class has started. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early.

Q: Do I need to arrive early?
A: Yes, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to check-in, get settled, and prepare.
Q: Will someone guide me if it’s my first time?
A: Absolutely. Our instructors will give you a quick orientation and help you get comfortable with the equipment.
Q: Can I bring a friend to class?
A: Yes, but they must book their own spot through our system.
Q: What if I feel unwell or injured during class?
A: Please inform your instructor immediately. Safety comes first, and modifications will be provided if needed.
